What we eat, when we eat, our sleep, exercise and movement, and stress all affect our hormones. It's these hormones that regulate our metabolism: they regulate our blood sugar, make us feel full or hungry, promote weight loss or gain...
When you work with me, we will look at all of these different lifestyle factors and develop a plan tailored to you with the goal of getting your hormones under control so that:
But we won't be counting calories! Instead we will focus on nutrient-dense, whole foods that will fill you up, nourish your body and make you feel good!
Continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) can often be helpful when working to regulate blood sugar. When appropriate, this tool may be part of your plan.

If we decide to continue working together, we will schedule an initial consultation ($250). This consultation is a 90 minute in-depth review of your goals, symptoms, health history and lifestyle. During this session will begin developing your individual plan to achieve your goals. This plan will include both dietary and other lifestyle recommendations.
Follow-on appointments will be scheduled for short (30-45 minute) sessions at the same time every week. Because change takes time, I see people for either a period of three months ($1,500) or six months ($2,850). (Please note that any testing, supplements or CGM use is NOT included in package costs.) In between meetings, you'll have access to me via the chat feature within my management software, Practice Better.
