When you work with me, we will look at all of these different lifestyle factors and develop a plan tailored to you with the goal of getting your hormones under control so that:
But we won't be counting calories! Instead we will focus on nutrient-dense, whole foods that will fill you up, nourish your body and make you feel good!
Continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) can often be helpful when working to regulate blood sugar. When appropriate, this tool may be part of your plan.

If we decide to continue working together, we will schedule an initial consultation ($250). This consultation is a 90 minute in-depth review of your goals, symptoms, health history and lifestyle. During this session will begin developing your individual plan to achieve your goals. This plan will include both dietary and other lifestyle recommendations.
Based on your needs, we can then go one of two different routes:
Do you have a complex history, need to lose 100 lbs or more, thinking about GLP-1 use? A 3 or 6 month intensive package is recommended. Follow-on appointments will be scheduled for short (30-45 minute) sessions at the same time every week.
Know what you need to do (for the most part), just need a little encouragement, a place to share your wins and challenges, and a gentle nudge to keep going?
